Terms and conditions

PAYMENTS

• Payment for the lessons can be made via bank transfer or Paypal.

• All services are on a « pay as you go » system. Payment will be requested on Fridays, for the week that has just passed.

• All the students must have sent an introduction email to benantesfrance@gmail.com to book lessons.

• BeNantes reserves the right to raise rates, with a week notice.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES

• It is possible to reschedule or cancel a lesson at least 24 hours in advance.

• If you cancel or reschedule a lesson with less than 24 hours in advance, the lesson will be charged.

• There will be no make-ups for missed lessons.

VACATION OR ILLNESS OF THE TEACHER

• We will inform you about the teachers’ holidays in advance.

• When the schedules allow it, you will get the choice between: cancelling the lessons or doing the lessons with another teacher.

• In case of cancellation by the teacher, we will try our best to suggest another supply teacher.

TRIAL LESSON

• The trial class is completely free and lasts approximately 30 minutes.

• There is no obligation to book any more classes.
